Instructions for using NETFLIX

Use the small remote to turn on the streaming stick.
Once turned on, a small light will turn on to indicate that the streaming stick is ON
Once you comfirm that the streaming stick is on, use the big TV remote navigate to source and select HDMI1 - you will see an MI TV interface.
You can now select your desired app e.g. NETFLIX and YOUTUBE to watch your favourite entertainment.

We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay - but also respect the comfort of our neighbors and the property. Please take note of the following rules:

🔇 Quiet Hours

Keep noise to a minimum at all times.
Strictly no noise after 8:00 PM.
No loud music, shouting, or disturbances - this is a peaceful space.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 12:30 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out is granted but for a fee

👥 Guests & Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Maximum 3 (Two adults, One Child) guests per booking (unless approved in advance).
No unregistered visitors or overnight guests.

🎉 Parties & Events

No parties or events are allowed. Small gathering are fine but please do not make any noise!
Any signs of parties or excess noise may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

🏚️ Property Care

Please treat the space with care and respect.
Report any damages immediately so we can repair them and fairly assess refunds or deposit adjustments.

🧹 Cleanliness

Keep the apartment tidy and leave it as you found it.

🚭 Smoking

No smoking indoors — at all.
Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop.
Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

🔐 Safety

Turn off lights, appliances, and taps when not in use.
Lock doors and windows before leaving.
No open flames, candles, or incense indoors.

🤝 Respect

Be kind to neighbors and staff.
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
